ANZAC Day

A morning of quiet reflection overlooking the estuary at Dawesville. Sunrise wasn't as spectacular as previous years but still lovely. Later on we saw dolphins. Quite different to the cold autumn ceremony by the Hotham River in Boddington where the gun salute always echoed up the river startling the birds. This was always followed by a march along the main street to the RSL Hall for gunfire breakfast.
