Staying at Lake Bolac
The sleeping warrior across the lake continues to sleep. can you seethe shape in the mountain range?
And it looked like rain but luckily not much fell at all.
The lake had water in it, but during the drought it dried up and looked like it was never going to fill up again. It was a popular camping spot in the summer and is famous for fresh water eels- ugly looking things I think.
We are staying in our caravan at Nar’s place. Healthy little lambs boinked around. Plenty of sheep poo for Rifter to sniff.
The family farm home is lived in but a young bloke whose parents bought the farm but it was empty for a while. Houses need to be lived in.
As we came home a fire started at the local grain storage in town. I think it was stored canola seed. It was sending up lots of black smoke and flames.
